When do we move up to explaining the quote from Mr. Lennon- "It's all Roman Polanski's fault."
The source for that is May Pang. She put it in the book "Loving John" without any context or details. I would love to ask her what she thinks that was all about.
I have heard that May used to participate in the Rec.Music.Beatles newsgroup and that she is very responsive to fans. Maybe someone can find a way to contact her and pose that question to her.
Why does Paul need to forgive us? He started this whole thing back in '69, and it sold a lot of records. He and his mates also got around some very strange and disreputable people, and our questions are fair ones.

May Pang couldn't tell you what that meant. John kept it from even her. All she can do is speculate like the rest of us.
