ReplyDeleteLike all of the other PID filmmakers who use copyrighted Beatle images, film and music? What rare footage and which rare tracks? I believe Taf has stated that IAAP hasn't used anything that cannot be found in public domain somewhere. Besides, if you're wondering about copyright infringement, much of what Phoney uses is not under Macca's control, and therefore could be shut off by any number of copyright claimants were they so inclined. Most of the interviews and photos in the series are copyrighted by individuals and groups other than EMI, and you can find practically every Beatle interview on YouTube somewhere, and no one has shut them down either. The television footage of Heather Mills, for example, has nothing to do with Macca.
No revelation here folks. Find a better way to waste your time.
